It’s been a good while, hasn’t it! Honestly, with the whole Covid situation, working hard each and every day to make sure continue to provide quality food to all you amazing customers, updating the blog became a bit difficult to fit in. Buuut, we’re back at it again (or maybe I should say I’m back, since I’m the only one who does this at the moment :D), ready and raring to keep you all in the loop πŸ™‚

A lot has happened since the last time we updated; Evergreen has now turned 3 (time flies when you’re having fun, eh?), we’ve made many new friends, hired new staff… you know, just the basics πŸ˜‰ To each and every one of you that has supported us on this journey, whether by buying our food, spreading the word to your friends and family, or even just popping in to say hello, thank you so so much!! From the bottoms of our hearts, we love you all the most in the world <3

So… what have we actually been up to? Covid restrictions mean we can’t do nearly as much as we would love to, but we have been making do with the cards we have been dealt (for now anyway). Our monthly African buffets have proven to be more popular than we would’ve ever hoped (again, all thanks to you guys <3), Sunday roasts and Friday fish-and-chips are still our weekly highlights, and we are currently in the midst of preparing for Christmas! It’s never too early to get a booking in, so if a fresh Evergreen Christmas roast sounds right up your alley, feel free to call/text and book your spot.
